Meet Jake, the brains and brawn behind Bailey Rae Construction! With over 20 years of hands-on experience in construction and lawn care, he's your go-to guy for making any project come to life.
Starting in the world of framing, Jake has fine-tuned his skills to cover a wide spectrum of services so he can offer his customers the best possible outcomes for any project. From nifty flooring installations to flawless drywall finishing, roofing, siding, landscaping, painting and even crafting beautiful decks, outbuildings and more – he's your ‘Jake’ of all trades.
But that's not all! Jake's talents extend to both commercial and residential properties and new construction projects starting from the ground up.
Jake loves learning new skills and working with his hands, but most of all he loves working with people and seeing how happy they are when their project is complete. He's a dedicated, friendly, and reliable pro who values the trust he's built over the years.

Tara's passion for design has spanned over 20 years, with a particular flair for home staging, decor, and design. She's also dabbled as a Realtor and relocator, giving her a unique perspective on the art of making spaces shine. She doesn't just bring a keen design eye, she offers a holistic view, considering cost, organization, flow, and all the pieces that make a project come together seamlessly.

Her business experience equips her with fantastic problem-solving skills and an unmatched sense of ambiance with a client-centric perspective.
